If you are facing an error like a blank page with left navigation and a message like this
Your screen elements are hidden from view. Press Esc or move pointer to the center of the screen to return to Mail.

Solution:
Just change https:// to http and press enter in the url field

Hi I have this problem but cannot seem to remove the https from the address as it is in a separate box with a lock in it . I use a Mac if that makes a difference can anyone help it’s driving me mad .

I change https to http and after pressing Enter again https is there and problem is still there .
i already do this , but no result and still same.
